Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital

Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital celebrated its one year anniversary of the regional emergency medical center on August 25, 2017. The emergency patients’ average length of stay in the emergency room across the country was 6.7 hours in 2016, whereas it was only 3.22 hours for patients at Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital. As soon as patients arrive at the regional medical center at Chuncheon Hospital, they receive first aid treatment followed by joint treatment from the medical specialists. Director Jae Jun Lee said, “We are dedicated to providing the emergency patients with perfect first aid treatment within golden time. By operating the joint treatment system 365 days a year, we will put forth our best efforts to contribute to an increase in the survival rate of emergency patients in Gangwon Province.”
