Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital

A group of Mongolian doctors and officials visited Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital in Chuncheon and Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital in Seoul to discuss future plans for promoting international exchanges with Hallym University Medical Center (HUMC) from Sept. 24 to Sept. 27, 2013.

During their stay in Korea, six doctors from Health Science University of Mongolia and Second General Hospital of Mongolia including Dr. Zorig Dungerdorj and Dr. Onon Bal observed Hallym’s resident’s training programs and met with Hallym professors and executives. The group also visited Hallym University and met its President Kun-Il Ro.

In Seoul, the group toured Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital’s Burn Center and met Mongolian patients treated there.

The Mongolian delegation’s visit comes shortly after Hallym University Medical Center (HUMC) doctors and administrators visited Mongolia to cement cooperative ties with the country’s hospitals in Ulaanbaatar in August.
