Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital

Medical professionals from Tokai University Hospital visited Hallym University Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospital on February 15, 2013.

Led by Dr. Yasuo Suzuki of Rheumatology, the Tokai delegation took a firsthand look at the hospital’s major facilities and medical equipment at operating rooms, intensive care units, the emergency medical center, and general wards. Dr. Suzuki said, “I was impressed by your amazing facilities for patients and their families. I think your state-of-the-art medical equipment, eco-friendly building and kind medical staff are in perfect harmony. We do hope to deepen and solidify our friendship in the days to come.”

Since 1994, Hallym has been sending about ten nurses to Tokai University Hospital for 3-month medical training. Tokai members visited the hospital this time to discuss education programs for nurses and share ideas for strengthening collaboration between Hallym and Tokai.
