Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital declared its ‘Customer Satisfaction(CS) Charter’ at a ceremony on June 30, 2011, attended by its doctors, nurses and administrative staff including the Hallym leadership.
The specifics of the CS charter are as follows:
Recognizing that the realization of customer satisfaction is our top priority, we will earnestly carry out the following pledges to make ourselves the most trusted by our customers.
1. We will offer specialized and high-quality medical services to our customers.
2. We will do our best to improve customer satisfaction with love and sincerity.
3. We will work for the best interest of our customers.
4. We will be quick to respond to any inconveniences of our customers.
5. We will serve our customers with all our heart.
The CS charter will be shared by all affiliated hospitals of Hallym University Medical Center(HUMC) in the future.
