Dr. Kim To Chair at OARSI Congress

Dr. Hyun Ah Kim, professor of rheumatology at Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital, was invited as a chairperson to a session at the 2009 World Congress on Osteoarthritis to be held in Montreal, Canada, from September 10 to 13, 2009. The annual meeting is organized by the Osteoarthritis Research Society International(OARSI).
As the first Korean chairperson of the congress, Professor Kim will preside over a session on 'Innate Immunity and Osteoarthritis' on September 11.
The annual OARSI Congress is a global forum for all people interested and involved in osteoarthritis research and treatment: basic scientists from academia and industry, clinical investigators, radiologists, rheumatologists, orthopaedic surgeons, allied health professionals and policy makers.
