Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital

Dr. Kee-Byoung Lee, professor of orthopedic surgery at Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital, has recently been appointed President of the Korean Fracture Society. He will assume his post in May, 2009, for about one year.

The new president was trained at the University of Minnesota in the U.S. for 1987-1988. Dr. Lee worked as a director at the Korean Orthopedic Association in 2002. As the internationally recognized expert in knee replacement arthroplasty, he served as the President of the Korean Arthroscopy Society in 2003 and the President of the Korean Knee Society in 2004.
