Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital

A medical delegation from Tottori Prefecture of Japan visited Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital on February 14, 2009.

The group, consisting of twelve medical experts including Dr. Okamoto Kimino, chairman of the Tottori Medical Association, and Isoda Kyoko, director of Health and Welfare of Tottori, made a courtesy call on the director of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs of Gangwon-do on the first day of their visit. On the next day, the Japanese medical delegates visited Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital to look around its major medical facilities.

After signing an exchange agreement in 1994, the two provincial governments have actively participated in various exchange programs such as sightseeing, economy, and culture. As part of the programs, the Korean local government invited the Japanese medical delegates to Chuncheon to take a first-hand look at medical facilities and medical policies of Gangwon-do for two days.
